You’ll have the opportunity to complete a three-month commercial internship in one of our overseas sites, experiencing our global footprint hands-on as you manage a major project. You’ll be entrusted in an assistant manager role, using all the 国际空间站 tools at your disposal to form a complete value proposition and meet strategic, operational and tactical objectives. Yet it’s your personal growth forms the backbone of everything you’ll do. With the assistance of a dedicated personal mentor from our national management team, you’ll develop a personal development plan, be introduced to multiple management trainees and engage in multiple learning workshops that sharpen and expand your skillset.
